The 28-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection to the murder of his brother, 23-year-old Simi Kelly during a dispute between the two.
According to the Prince George's County Police Department, officers were called at around 6 p.m. on Nov. 4 to the 8600 block of Reicher Street, where they found the younger Kelly suffering from traumatic injuries outside.
He was taken to an area hospital, where he later died.
Investigators say that Brilyen Kelly was arrested at the scene and charged with first- and second-degree murder. He's being held in the custody of the Department of Corrections.
